The program will necessitate coordination with local schools, civilian churches and other local youth agencies to insure overall area coordination of youth programs, and must be ecumenical, nondenominational, and pluralistic. The contractor will be required to recruit and develop adult volunteers to work with the Youth Ministries; recruit and develop a parent support group; conduct training, meetings and retreats. The contractor's coordinator shall have a Baccalaureate Degree with two years experience with youth ministry. Seminary education is preferred. The contract period will be from 1 August 95 through 31 July 96 with 3-1 year options. The anticipated issue date is 5 May 95 and the anticipated closing date is 5 June 95. The Standard Industrial Classification Code (SIC) for this acquisition is 8399.
