Carney (Site Code DODAAC) Firm fixed price, Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity Type Contract will be issued by the Mobile District. Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment and supplies to conduct laboratory analysis on samples provided by the South Atlantic Division, Corps of Engineers. The contractor shall furnish chemical analysis of soils, sediments, sludges, groundwaters, surface waters, oil and other environmental samples. These samples have typically been collected from various hazardous and toxic waste site cleanup projects. Work under this contract shall meet the minimum Chemistry Data Reporting Requirements for Department of Defense Environmental Restoration Program (DERP) and Superfund HTRW Projects. The contractor must be validated by the Corps of Engineers Missouri River Division Laboratory before commencement of contract work. Contract performance is scheduled to begin on or about 12/23/95. Maximum contract value for the base year is estimated at $750,000 and $1.0 Million for each option year. The guaranteed minimum quantity of work required for the initial 12-month contract period will be $15,000. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for Small Business Concerns, the size standard for which is a concern, including its affiliates, having an average annual sale or receipts for its preceding three fiscal years not in excess of $5.0 Million.
