Harvey, (205)235-7558 Supply all labor, hand-tools, materials, documentation and other related services required in performing services on pneumatic/semi-pneumatic tires at Anniston Army Depot, Anniston, AL 36201-4199. Contractor will be furnished the following listed Government Furnished Property for use in the performance of the contract: 40' x 50' shop work area inside an existing building as well as storage area for tire and tube inventory; two (2) drive through bays with Weaver 36,000 lb. floor lifts; doors are 12' wide x 14' high; Branick Effertless full circle tire spreader; Coats Model S34 truck tire changer; Coats Model 40-40SA passenger vehicle tire changer; Conco Model B400-6P balancer master lifting device; tire inflation gage; replacement wheels and spares and inventory of tires on-hand. Contractor will be allowed to use government fork-lifts upon obtaining government license. Vehicles range from bicycles and golf carts (1,000 lbs) to tow trailers and fork-lifts (38,000 lbs). The tire sizes and estimated quantities currently in use, but not limited to, are the following: 18/850-8 - 96 each; 18X7-8 INF - 20 each; 570X8 Ribbed - 20 each; 570X8 IND - 20 each; 690X9 IND - 80 each; 28X9-15 NHS - 20 each; 650X10 IND - 84 each; 700X12 IND - 300 each; 32X12.1-15 IND 120 each; 8X14.5 - 20 each; 8.25X15 IND - 148 each; 8.25X15 HWY - 20 each; 100R15 - 16 each; 650X16 - 128 each; 12.5L-16 - 86 each; 10R17.5 - 20 each; 900R20 - 30 each; 1000R20 - 500 each; 1000R20 - 226 each; 1100R20 - 20 each; 1100X20 MIL - 20 each; 11R22.5 - 12 each; 11R22.5 M/S (RCP) - 12 each and 15R22.5 - 6 each. Contractor shall furnish tubes to match the tires. Contractor shall supply all hand tools; all patches, tire plugs and glue; road service truck with all necessary equipment for tire repair and replacement; lifting jacks and portable cellular phone. Response time for service during duty hours is two (2) hours and after duty hours is four (4) hours. Response time for scheduled tire replacement is eight (8) hours. Performance period is for a base year effective 1 Oct 95 thru 30 SEP 96 with four one-year options. The proposed procurement is 100% setaside for small business; size of which is $7 million annual receipts for the last three fiscal years.
