Contractor's price shall include nail hole, spot, and sectional repair, of the tire casings. Estimated twenty percent (20%) of the casings will require repair. Recap and repairs shall be in accordance with Federal Specification ZZ-T-441H, dated June 13, 1989. Award predicated on mandatory pre-award facility certification under GSA's Quality Assurance Facility Inspection Program (QAFIP). This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. Standard Industrial Classification Code is 7534. For purposes of determining small business status for this acquisition, the average annual receipts of a concern and its affiliates for the preceding three fiscal years must not exceed $7 million. Period of performance is anticipated to be from 1 September 1995 through 31 August 1996. Pick-up and delivery will be 15 calendar days after receipt of delivery order for quantities of 50 tires or less; thirty calendar days for quantities of 50 - 400 tires.
