The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to issue orders on multiple occasions over the period of Basic Ordering Agreement N00024-93-G-6256 with Magnetek, Inc c/o Power Systems Group, Anaheim, CA 92805. Orders will be issued to provide engineering services and technical support, including technical analysis, on-the-job instructions, training, test, and data for the AN/SQS-26/53 LAPS/PP-7100/PP-7777 power supplies and related equipment. Orders will be issued pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Magnetek, Inc is the only entity with requisite knowledge and experience to provide the required services and support. No other source has the technical qualifications and the necessary resources to perform the work described herein, nor will any other services or support satisfy the Navy's requirements.
