J -- ENGINEERING AND TECHNICAL SERVICES IN SUPPORT OF THE DEPLOYABLE SIGNATURE MEASUREMENT SYSTEM (DSMS). SOL N00167-95-R-0069 POC Shawnee J. Shaw (301)227-3451. The purpose of the proposed acquisition is for the provision of engineering and technical services in connection with maintenance, repair, calibration, upgrading, and otherwise support the operation of the Deployable Signature Measurement System (DSMS). Several integral parts of this system were manufactured by McDonnell Douglas. The proposed Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity, Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee, Completion type contract will have a period of performance of two years plus three option years. The proposed contractor is McDonnell Douglas Aerospace East, 6709 Frost Industrial Lane, Beckley, MO 63134. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be issued on or about 30 April 1995, with receipt of proposals due 30 days thereafter. See Note 22. (0088)
