The Hanger is approximately 54,000SF and there will be approximately 8,000SF of Administration space and 8,000SF of Shop space. Supporting utilities and parking are included primary construction and CMU and metal. Roof is standing seam metal. NOTICE: THIS SOLICITATION IS ADVERTISED AS UNRESTRICTED.
