Provide all labor, materials, equipment and supervision required to design and build 4 separate hybrid photovoltaic(PV)-diesel generator power systems to be constructed at various locations throughout the Naval Air Weapons Station. The PV systems will be fabricated and tested and then delivered and installed at the NAWS. The PV systems will be designed and constructed in such a manner that it interfaces with the existing generators, which will be retained, and still meets all of the requirements of the Statement(s) of Work. Estimated capacity of the required PV Systems is as follows: Site 1-100 KW, Site 2-200 KW, Site 3-30 KW and Site 4-150 KW. Estimated price range is between $1 million and $5 million. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered by the activity. All interested parties that have previously requested solicitation packages are on the ``Bid List'' for this requirement and therefore need not re-apply. All reuests for solicitation packages must be in writing. Solicitation packages will be issued until the existing supply is exhausted. A 45 day solicitation period is anticipated.
