The project consists of abatement and disposal of asbestos on aproximately 159 Army Family Housing Units in Watkins Terrace Addition at Fort Sam Houston, Texas. After the execution of this project, the housing will be left in a semi-demolished, but structurally safe condition. A 6-foot high chain-link type fence will be provided around the limits of this project for security and safety requirements. Estimated Cost Range: $500,000 to $1,000,000 - - Bid sets are bound in the specifications at a cost of $10.00.
