Scope of work includes the complete, all-inclusive installation of all work described in the contract documents necessary to repair, expand, upgrade and/or install electronic security systems, and associated work, including building renovations needed to accommodate the installations at four postal facilities. Two facilities are located in Portland, Oregon, one facility in Salem, Oregon, and one facility in Eugene, Oregon. Construction period of performance varies between facilities. Total contract period of construction is 300 calendar days. The estimated cost range is between $375,000 and 450,000. There will be a preproposal conference, walk/through April 11, 1995, at 10:00 a.m. in the Customer Service lobby/south entrance facing Hoyt Street, for the Portland General Mail Facility. No formalized preproposal conference, walk/through will be conducted at the other three facilities.
