Work will be performed in occupied areas. Prospective contractors are encouraged to visit site to verify existing conditions. All work shall be in accordance with the bidding doucments, national, local and applicable codes as per requirements of all governing agencies. A refundable deposit in the amount of $25.00 is required for each set of documents. Checks are to be made payable to: Department of Veterans Affairs. Bidding documents will be available O/A 4/25/95, on a first come first serve basis, until supply is exhausted. Cost range is less than $25,000. SIC 1542 applies.
