Z -- AMBULANCE ENTRANCE CANOPY SOL IFB #533-8-95 DUE 061095 POC Contracting Officer, Anna Russell, (914)838-5260 Furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment and supervision necessary to construct an attached canopy for the Ambulance Entrance at the DVA Medical Center, Castle Point, NY. Work includes but is not limited to, removal of existing pavement, removal of existing railroad ties and railing, grading, concrete slab, structural steel columns and joist, metal fascia and soffit, EPDM roofing system, light and railing system. All work shall be in accordance with the bidding documents, national, state, local and applicable codes as per requirements of all governing agencies. A refundable deposit in the amount of $25.00 is required for each set of documents. Requests accepted in writing only with check made payable to: Department of Veterans affairs. Bidding documents will be available O/A 4/14/95, on a first come first serve basis, until supply is exhausted. Cost range is between $25,000 and $100,000. SIC 1542 applies. (0088)
