operate across the plain text and encrypted text domains and be
characterized for TEMPEST requirements. Unit should provide the
necessary power for a PCM encoder data source as well as the TM
transmitter. Unit should contain a plug-in module to allow choice of at
least three BIT rates per module, a plug-in crypt hold and battery, and
crypt key status lamps visible to the user. Unit must contain
provisions for erasing the crypto key, automatic disabling of the
transmitter prior to and during crypto key fill. Units must be the same
footprint as the Microcom SP6-68-005 encryption unit and must be
electrically and electronically compatible with existing equipment in
the F-16 aircraft. Dimensions must not be more than 4.6 x 3.8 x 2.75
inches for F-16 mounting and must not weigh more than 50 ounces.

810C. Acceleration 100g, 3 axes. Also 5 each telemetry transmitters,
salient characteristics are: must be manufactured under quality control
procedures in accordance with MIL-Q 9858A, and must be airborne
qualified. Transmitters must have an internal PROM translator that
enables custom selection codes or BCD thumbwheel inputs without the
need for additional hardware. Units must be the same footprint as the
Microcom T610S transmitter and must be electrically and electronically
compatible with existing equipment in the F-16 aircraft. Volume must
not exceed 8.8 cubic inches for F-16 mounting and weight must not
exceed 12 ounces. Connectors must be as follows for aircraft existing
design: J1 (power) PTH8-4P or equivalent; J2 (RF output) and J3
(modulation input) SMA female; J4 (channel select) MDM-15S. Turn-on
time per IRIG 106-86. Frequency selection in 1 MHz steps. EMI MIL-STD
461 at 28 VDC, IRIG-106 for antenna conducted. Operating temperature
range -40 deg C to + 85 deg C. Delivery for both items 120 days ARO.
