The Rehostat is a replacement on an existing Gray Planer, double housing type, 84'' X 84'' X 20'. The rehostat will provide an infinite variation of table of speeds in inches per minute (IPM) and feet per minute (FPM) between one-IPM through 280-FPM. The motor will be high speed electric motor spindle with all items necessary to mount on the Gray Planer and to use for high speed milling and grinding. The tracer shall consist of two-axis system and will be mounted on the rail head of the Gray Planer. Contractor will install all units on Gray Planer at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard. Delivery within 90 days after contract award. FOB Destination is Bremerton WA. All responsible sources may submit offer/bid which shall be considered by Fleet & Industrial Supply Center Puget Sound.
