Washington, DC 20307-5000 65 -- COMPUTER-BASED HAND & UPPER EXTREMITY EVAL SYSTEM Sol

the intention of the Government to negotiate with Greenleaf Medical
Systems on a sole-source basis for an EVAL System consisting of: a
PowerMac 6100/60 CPU, with 12 MB RAM, 160MB HD, 14'' color monitor,
keyboard & mouse; a desktop PowerMac 7100/66 AV w/16 MB RAM, 500MB HD,
CD ROM, 14'' color monitor, keyboard & mouse; 2 ea. color printers; an
Elmo 368 integrated camera w/lighting system; a Goniometer for hand,
wrist, elbow and shoulder; a Jamar dynamometer and a 9600 baud modem.
System software must measure in Total Active Motion and Total Passive
Motion (TAM/TPM) parameters. The system must be 100% functionally
compatible with other Government-owned EVAL systems currently in use
within the Army Medical Department; Additionally, the system must be
compatible with the Army's Composite Health Care System (CHCS) as well
as allow for the participation in outcomes research currently being
done in the Army Occupational Therapy Clinics and the upper extremity
rehabilitation cmmunity using the national outcomes database, UE Net.
It is the intention of the Government to award only one contract for
