This delivery order will be for the lease of Multiple Virtual System/Enterprise System Architecture JES 3 Operating System Software. This proposed action for supplies/services is one in which the Government intends to solicit only one responsible source under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1). Interested parties may identify in writing to the Contracting Officer their interest and ability to meet the Government's requirements.
