Phillips Laboratory, Edwards AFB, CA has a requirement for one (1) 10,000 PSI pressure vessel capable of holding 950 cubic feet of gaseous nitrogen. The vessel length shall not exceed 80 feet. The contractor shall be responsible for design, fabrication, and delivery to Phillips Laboratory. The vessel shall be designed for horizontal mounting. Fabrication shall be in accordance with the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code. The contractor's facility must be ASME certified for fabrication. The contractor will not be responsible for unloading or installation of the tank. Solicitation F04611-95-R-0067 to be issued on or about 17 Apr 95 with 30 days allowed for preparation and submission of proposals. Proposals from all responsible sources will be considered.
