The Indian Head Division, NSWC has a requirement for Science, Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) support services in planning, monitoring, evaluating, assessing and documenting of Advanced Communications Technology Programs (ACTP). This effort is in support of the ACTP and associated Advanced Research Project Agency (ARPA) programs. The ACTP encompasses the development, implementation, operational demonstration and transition of information systems and constituent subsystems ranging from a wide area multi-media information systems to supporting subsystems, such as the advanced multi-band, multi mode radio. Possible sub-programs include the multi band multi mode radio (speakeasy), the Insertion into MILSATCOM products of advanced communication technology (impact) and the wide area wireless information systems (wawis). These programs may change and other programs may be added. The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, materials, facilities and other services as required to support these programs. The duration of this effort shall be one year (base period 365 days) from the date of the award of the contract and four (one year) option periods. This procurement is set aside 100% for small business.
