This is a notice of intent to place a sole source acquisition in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1 (a)(2)(ii); (b)(2), to Payton Scientific Incorporated, 244 Delaware Avenue, Buffalo, New York 14202, to supply a forensic science workstation, to include one day training, delivery and minimum one year warranty. Payton Scientific Incorporated is reported to be the exclusive manufacturer and distributor of this workstation. Those responding to this synopsis must provide evidence of their ability to supply an equal item. Responses are to be submitted in writing within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice.
