The Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) has a requirement for research support services related to the production and properties of semiconductor devices. The research services requires expertise in the following: (1) X-Ray lithography mask production, (2) X-Ray damage modeling, (3) synchrotron beamline development and maintenance, (4) high resolution photolithographic services, (5) anisotropic microtechnology, (6) laser plasma target fabrication, and (7) electronic-beam lithographic service. The NRL contemplates this to be a CPFF effort with a base year and two one year options. The solicitation will close 30 days after issuance.
