SERVICES FOR MISCELLANEOUS CONSTRUCTION SOL CM-973. DUE 050595. Contact
Point, John Farina, (718) 694-4126. NYC Transit seeks Consultant
Services to provide technical inspection support services for
miscellaneous construction. The consultant shall furnish technical,
professional and clerical personnel to render support services in
connection with NYC Transit's technical inspecting, monitoring and
oversight responsibilities under the supervision of the NYC Transit's
Project Manager or his/her designee. The personnel required are as
follows: up to three (3) Civil/Structural Inspector; one (1)
Electrical/Mechanical Inspector; one (1) Architectural Inspector; one
(1) Secretary/Administrative Assistant. The consultant's personnel
shall perform the services at the Project Manager's office and/or
construction field office located in any NYC borough. This contract
will contain the following contract provision: Disadvantaged Business
subcontracting goal of 20%. The contract duration will for a period of
up to 48 months. NYC Transit will consider the following factors
equally in evaluating proposers: 1. Experience and qualifications of
assigned personnel in relevant areas as demonstrated in meeting all the
requirements described in the Scope of Work; 2. The proposed pricing
for the specific work; 3. Adequacy and completeness of the proposal; 4.
Proposer's prior experience and qualifications in providing the
service; 5. Proposer's financial resources, stability and their
professional licensing and business responsibility. Send submission to:
