The Federal Aviation, Great Lakes Region proposes to contract for follow-on work on a sole source basis Holmes and Narver, Architects-Engineers, Orange, California. Holmes and Narver which is the A & E of record for the new Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT) and Base Building at Minneapolis/St. Paul (MSP) International Airport, Minneapolis, Minnesota. This proposed soliciation is to provide for construction support services fot the new ATCT and Base Building at MSP. Services are to include but not limited to: 1) review of submittals (manufacturers data and shop drawings) and 2) request for information (RFI) submitted by the contractor in accordance with construction, 3) preparation of modifications to the contract documents for customer requested changes, 4) differing site conditions, 5) design deficiencies and 6) cost estimates as needed for budgeting possible changes.
