Groundwater sampling of 47 existing groundwater monitoring wells at four contaminated sites at the Minnesota Air National Guard Base, Duluth International Airport. The successful bidder (contractor) shall conduct sampling, lab testing, analysis and reporting in connection with the assessment and remediation of the four contaminated sites. The estimated length of this project is between 9 and 10 months duration. The estimated cost range for the work is between $25,000 and $100,000. A firm-fixed-price contract is contemplated. Solicitation available on or about 24 April 1995, with bid opening on or about 25 May 1995. Contractors may request one copy of the solicitation package by submitting a written request to the address shown above. No telephonic or faxed requests will be accepted. If adequate interest from qualified 8(a) or SDB firms is not received, the Contracting Officer will not set-aside the acquisition and will award using unrestricted competitive procedures.
