The Umatilla National Forest is soliciting bids to install an estimated 308 inventory plots across the Umatilla, Malheur and Wallowa-Whitman National Forests. The plots are considered as non-forest plots. Plots will be installed every 3.4 miles. Estimated start work date is 6/15/95 with contract time of 16 months. Bonding will be required.
