G -- PARENTING PROGRAM. Sol RFP 144-0133 due 051895. POC Beverly Weissinger, Supervisory Contract Specialist. Solicitation number RFP 144-0133 will be issued on April 18, 1995 with a closing date of May 18, 1995 at 2:00 p.m. for a Comprehensive Parenting Education Program for the inmate population at the Federal Correctional Institution at Otisville, New York. This program will include inmates housed in the camp unit and inside of the secure perimeter of the institution. The contractor will develop, coordinate and instruct a comprehensive program in Parenting Education which is comprised of parenting education classes, structured visiting room activities and coordination with appropriate social services agencies for 30 hours per week. The contractor must possess at a minimum a Bachelor's Degree and three (3) years of specialized experience. The contract period of performance will include a base period of July 1, 1995 through September 30, 1995 with up to four (4) one year option year renewals. Requests for the solicitation package must be in writing to the Contracting Officer, no telephone requests will be accepted. This requirement will be 100% set aside for small business. (087)
