The Environmental Protection Agency has a requirement for Quality Assurance Technical Support. Proposals are solicited to provide technical QA support to EPA for air measurement systems in the following areas: developing, testing, preparing, procuring and dispatching performance evaluation (PE) and audit materials for 0 3, CO, CO2, SO2, NO2, NO, H2S, toxic heavy metals, volatile organic compounds, pesticides, carbonyls, semivolatile organic and inorganic compounds, and radon; developing and pilot testing course materials and manuals on QA applicable to the measurement systems used for the above analytes, and conducting test method intercomparisons on systems measuring the above analytes in the air. The contractor shall provide all equipment and supplies necessary to perform tasks specified under this contract. This equipment will include GC/EC, GC/FID, GC/MS, GC/HRMS, HPLC, AA spectroscopy and ion chromatography. The RFP will be issued approximately 04/24/95. Proposals will be due within approximately thirty (30) days after the RFP issuance date. This procurement is a total small business set-aside. The SIC Code is 8731 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. A limited number of copies are available. Only one copy shall be issued to a corporate entity, regardless of the number of requests from one or more different geographic locations. Copies will be issued on a first come, first serve basis. A copy of the requested source list will be provided at about the same time the solicitation is issued. Only written requests will be considered.
