The Audiology Section within the Department of Surgery, Tripler Army Medical Center, Hawaii has a requirement for (2) Audiology Technicians to perform full-tme newborn hearing screening and follow-up procedures using otoacoustic emissions on all infants. The Governement anticipates to award a firm fixed-price personal services contact for the base period ending 30 Sep 95 and (4) option year ending 30 Sep 99. Duty hours will be on (2) rotating (8) hour shifts from 8 am - 12 midnight, M-F excluding federal holidays. Sol DADA16-95-R-0023 will be issued o/a 17 Apr 95 and to close o/a 17 May 95. The proposed solicitation contained herein is unrestricted. Therefore, all responsible concerns that can meet the solicitation requirements are encouraged to submit an offer which will be considered. In addition to other factors, bids will be evaluated on the basis of advantages and disadvantages to the Government that might result from making more than one award (multiple awards).
