The Drug Enforcement Administration, Chicago Field Division, has a requirement for transcription, translation and monitoring services of a variety of source exhibits from foreign languages (majority Spanish) to English. Source exhibits include, video and audio tapes including tape recordings of telephone conversations, nagra tapes, letters, etc. The Chicago Field Division consists of Chicago, IL; Fargo, ND; Hammond, IN; Indianapolis, IN; Milwaukee, WI; Minneapolis, MN; and Springfield, IL, including a fifty (50) mile radius of any city listed. The proposed contract period includes a base year and four (4) one-year option periods. A fixed unit price, indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity type contract is anticipated with prices based on the number of pages transcribed and hours estimated for monitoring. All Contractor employees shall be subject to a DEA background security investigation. The SIC Code is 7389 and the Small Business Size Standard of $3.5 million is applicable.
