Evins Federal Building, the 2714 Building Complex, and 55 Jefferson Circle Building, OakRidg e, Tennessee. Each bidder will be required to submit with the bid, evidence of experience, qualifications, financial responsibility and ability to carry out the terms of the contract. The successful contractor will be required to establish for DOE ana pproved Quality Control Program to assure the requirements of the contract are as specified. Materials required for the work shall conform to the technical requirements of the respective federal specifications.
