Construction is required to provide labor, equipment, and supervison to replace and install coaxial cable to remote transmit receiver towers located at the Detroit Metropolitan Airport, Detriot Michigan. The issue date date for the solicitation is on or about 24 April 1995. The range for this project is between $25,000.00 to $50,000.00. This solicitation is open to both small and large businesses. This is applicable to any eligble prime and subcontract at any tier. The DOT Bonding Assistance Program enables firms to apply for bid, performance and payment bonds up to $1.0 million per contract. The DOT provides an 80% guaranty on the bond amount to a surety against losses.
