Contractor shall furnish labor, equipment, materials, supervision, bonds, and insurance necessary for the removal and disposal of asbestos containing materials from the craw spaces of the administration building, and asbestos containing materials in the camp activities building. Construction activities will be performed at the Federal Correctional Institution, 1100 River Road, Hopewell, Virginia (Prince George County) as per designs, plans, and specifications. Bids will be issued on April 18, 1995. Plans and specifications which include bid information may be obtained from Ron Moore, Construction Contracting Officer, (804) 733-5340. A Pre-Bid Conference will be held on May 5, 1995, at 9:00 a.m. in the Warden's Conference Room at the Administration Building, Federal Correctional Institution, 1100 River Road, Hopewell, VA. Estimated cost range of this project is between $25,000 to $100,000. This procurement is set-aside for small business and small disadvantaged business concerns only.
