PRESOLICITATION NOTICE - The work includes the following: Part A - Furnishing all necessary labor, material, and equipment to provide tank degassing, tank cleaning, installation of new concrete and steel tank bottoms, repairs to existing fiberglass coating, new epoxy coating, modification of tank internal piping and roof supports; and for regrading of tank dike basins and installation of new containment and dust control surfaces, and incidental related work, complete and ready for use. Part B - The work includes installation of new automation control system conduits or ducts and new power system conduits or ducts in the dike area for active fuel tanks number 80006, 80007, 80008, 80013, 55003, 55004, and 80017 and other incidental related work, complete and ready for use.--The estimated cost is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.--Firm Fixed Price Contract.--Contract duration is approximately 450 calendar days.--This proposed contract will be unrestricted.--The Standard Industrial Code is 1629 and the annual size standard is $17 million. It is recommended the subcontracting goals reflect a minimum goal of 5% for Small Disadvantaged Business Subcontracting effort.
