The work includes replacement of four existing rooftop aluminum ventilators, each assembly measuring approximately 10 feet by 60 feet; providing required electrical power and switching for motors operating dampers incorporated with the ventilators. The proposed acquisition is being considered for 100 percent set-aside for small disadvantaged business concerns. Interested SDB concerns should notify this office in writing of their intention to bid the project as prime contractor as early as possible but NLT 14 April 1995. This notification must include a positive statement of eligibility as a small socially and economically business concern, evidence of capacity to obtain required bonds from an approved surety and specific info which demonstrates the capability to perform projects of this complexity and magnitude. Complete info concerning management experience in similar work and current financial statement shall be submitted with references. IF THE REQUESTED INFORMATION IS NOT RECEIVED FROM AN ADEQUATE NUMBER OF SDB CONCERNS, THE SOLICITATION WILL BE ISSUED ON AN UNRESTRICTED BASIS.
