The removal and disposal of gravel ballast, roofing felts, flashings, shingles, roof insulation, blocking and associated roofing materials. (Some felts to be removed contain asbestos). 2. Installation of metal roofing panels, roof insulation, modified bitumen roofing system, blocking, flashing and miscellaneous painting at Building E-2. 3. Installation of roof insulation, modified bitumen roofing system, blocking and flashing at Buildings F-3 and F-19. 4. Replacement of miscellaneous metal gutters and downspouts. 5. The work on Buildings D-1, N-159, and X-85 shall include, but is not limited to: Removal of existing roofing materials including gravel ballast, insulation, felts, flashings, blocking and concrete; roof topping preparation of existing concrete, lightweight concrete and metal roof decks for installation of new modified bitumen roofing system including insulation, tapered insulation, roofing felts, roof hatches, flashing and blocking; and incidental mechanical and electrical work required to complete the repairs. 1 job.
