The work includes providing all labor, material, equipment, transportation, and supervision to renovate four existing racquetball courts contained in two seperate buildings. Work includes removal and replacement of existing standing seam metal roofs, removal and replacement of the lobbies to both buildings (including aluminum doors and windows, metal sliding, standing seam metal roof, and wood framing), repairs and resurfacing of existing wood court floors, overlayment of existing wall and ceiling panel system with new, installation of new water fountains, installation of new lighting, and installation of new court ventilation and incidental related work. A firm fixed-price contract is anticipated. The requirement is estimated between $100,000 and $250,000. The small business size standard applicable to this contract is 1799 and the annual size is $7.0 million. Contract duration period is approximately 180 calendar days.
