Work to be performed includes, but is not limited to; provide all plant, labor, tools, equipment, appliances, and materials and perform all work necessary to decontaminate, close and remove various oil/water separators and install new underground doublewall oil/water separators at different locations across the base, construction of a new covered wash rack at one locations, strict conformance with NJDEP regulations. All work shall be in strict accordance with the specifications and drawings forming parts hereof, subject to the terms and conditions of the contract. Performance period is 300 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. A solicitation will be issued on or about 28 April 1995. The proposed procurement listed herein is restricted to Small Disadvantaged Businesses. Standard Industrial Classification code for this procurement is 1542. Any concern responding to this solicitation is classified as a small business if the average receipts of the concern and its affiliates for the preceding three fiscal years do not exceed $17.0 million dollars.
