Project consists of constructing an 1100 square foot mezzanine to be used for offices and breakroom over an existing breakroom. Work includes installing steel columns, beams and bar joist, relocating existing partition to the mezzanine, constructing a newmetal mesh storage cage below the mezzanine, constructing additional metal stud walls, fire rated suspended ceiling, and steel stair cases. Construction will require tieing into existing HVAC, utilites and sprinkler system. Estimated cost range of this project is from $100,000 to 250,000. An advanced non-refundable fee of $15.00 is required for (half size) and $20.00 (full size) is required for each set of specifications.
