Project consists of constructing a 3300 square foot mezzanine to be used for offices and breakroom. Work includes installing metal stud walls, suspended ceiling, floor and wall covering, installing light weight concrete over steel deck, relocating steel stair cases, removing existing and installing new HVAC, and providing required plumbing, sprinkler, and electrical support. Estimated cost range of this project is from $250,000 to $500,000. An advanced non-refundable fee of $15.00 is required for (half size) and $25.00 (full size) is required for each set of specifications.
