Project consists of constructing a 6300 square foot pre-engineered metal building on an existing concrete slab. Work includes cutting existing concrete to allow for building footings, placement of additional paving, running utilities, and providing HVAC. Estimated cost range of this project is from $100,000 to $250,000. An advanced non-refundable fee of $15.00 is required for (half size) and $20.00 (full size) is required for each set of specifications.
