Minimum breaking strength of 18,300 pounds. Rope is to be bouyant in salt water and have a specific gravity of 1.01 or better and to be certified to 200% of the safe working load. DD1423 for certifications required a)minimum breaking strength, b)bouyancy and specific gravity and c)200% of the safe working load. This is a 100% small business set aside.
