Quantity of one. Oven is to be used in curing advanced composites. Salient characteristics are as follows: Maximum continuous operating temperature is 850 degrees Fahrenheit; clear inside working space is 6' wide by 6' high x 16' deep; a minimum of 200 KW heat input capacity installed in Incoloy sheathed tubular heating elements; heat chamber separated from the work chamber so as not to allow the transfer of heat to the work by direct radiation; walls, doors, and ceiling shall have a minimum of 6'' of insulation throughout; floor truck wheel guide tracks; electric motor large enough (minimum 20 HP) to drive a 24,500 CFM heavy duty high pressure stainless steel recirculating blower; 6'' high oven front work space opening; door shall be equipped with expansion joints on the inner face to guarantee uniform seal at all temperatures; interior shall be fabricated from a minimum of 16-ga. steel and carbon steel structural members; exterior fabricated of heavy gauge carbon oven steel; structurally reinforced and integrally welded throughout; six (6) 1/4'' pipe ports through the oven wall; oven shall come with a completely wired UL labeled control panel assembled to the exterior wall.
