The formal Request for Proposal (RFP) release date is extended to on or about 07 Apr 95. The following information is added to the previous CBD announcement to aid in proposal preparation for this acquisition: - Offerors require an extensive knowledge and understanding of national systems to successfully perform SOW tasks. - Offerors are highly encouraged to submit information at the appropriate classification level (up to and including Top Secret SI/TK) to demonstrate their understanding of national systems and the ability to apply these systems in support of the war fighter.
