Interested offerors must have demonstrated corporate experience in combat systems interfaces between CEC and AEGIS gained within the last five years and have at least five years of experience in software testing, generating test documentation, and supporting major testing events. In addition, all technical personnel proposed must have two years of demonstrated experience using Sun Workstations, C and ADA programming languages, various software tools such as Requirements Traceability Management (RTM), Interleaf and PCMS, and experience with combat system interfaces between CEC and AEGIS. The contractor will be required to work with John Hopkins University/Applied Physics Laboratory to conduct software testing, generate test documentation, and support major testing events. Contractor personnel must possess at least a Secret clearance. In addition, the contractor's facility must be cleared for holding classified information to the Secret level. Also, four contractor personnel must possess a clearance higher than Secret to include the site manager and three working level technical people. The contractor will be required to have an office within 30 minutes of NSWCDD. This is not a request for proposals. Potential offerors should submit a capability statement which provides specific information of work performed or currently being performed in this area.
