USACECOM, Fort Monmouth, New Jersey proposes to award a sole source twelve (12) month contract with two (2) twelve (12) month options, through negotiations with FISONS Instruments, Inc. of San Carlos, California. The proposed contract will provide maintenance, inspection, repair and replacement to a microfactory which was manufactured by Fisons, who is the sole vendor for parts which are proprietary to Fisons. The Government does not own a technical package to compete this acquisition. (0090)
