Sweetra, (215)897-5654 The FISC Norfolk, Detachment Philadelphia, intends to Engineering and Technical Support Services for the Assessment of Equipment Condition (AEC) Program for the Carderock Division Naval Surface Warfare Center (CDNSWC), Philadelphia, PA. These services required support in the development, implementation, execution and maintenance of a comprehensive, integrated condition based on assessment/continuous maintenance program, for both surface ship and submarine equipment and systems. These services are to be acquired through full and open competition. A Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) Service type contract covering an estimated 165,500 hours of effort per year is anticipated. The effort will consist of a base period to start on or about 01 Aug 95 and continuing through 31 Jul 96, with option provisions for four (4) one (1) year option periods. The proposed procurement will be solicited under Solicitation No. N00140-95-R-N044 and will be issued approximately 15 Apr 95, and will close approximately 30 days thereafter. The applicable Standard Classification Number is 8711. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the Naval Regional Contracting Center.
