OKERSON, (334)255-3760 Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, materials, equipment, transportation and supervision to manage and perform all operations for the collection and off-post disposal of all residential solid waste, the collection of recyclable materials from residential housing areas and delivery to the post recycling center, the collection of yard waste generated in residential housing areas and delivery to the composting yard, the collection and off-post disposal of solid waste collected at designated locations in the Fort Rucker, AL cantonment areas, the off- post disposal of solid waste collected by Government personnel at Fort Rucker, AL, and operation of a low technology composting facility at Fort Rucker, AL. This service covers 1516 residential units in Family Housing, 50 trailers at the Post Trailer Park, 8 cottages at Lake Tholocco, 16 cantonment locations and 100 playgrounds. The contract period is 1 October 1995 through 30 September 1996 with two option years. Anticipated issue date on/about 22 June 1995 with bid opening on/about 24 July 1995.
