Mallgrave (301) 975-6330 The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) has a requirement for a humidifier unit comprised of two pressure vessels, each vessel operating independently with its own mechanical and electrical systems, configured into a single housing cabinet 4'x 5'x 5' (1.2192 x 1.524 x 1.524 meters) or smaller. The unit shall allow gas flows as high as 220 scfm(103.8 liters/sec), a dew point temperature accuracy of 0.5 degrees C, and shall not leak at pressures of 2 atm (203 kilopascals). The required delivery time is 16 weeks after award of contract. The FOB point shall be destination, Gaithersburg, Maryland. All responsible sources may submit an offer.
