70 -- COTS SOFTWARE DUE 041795. POC Terri Duvall, 703/883-8313. PRC, Inc. hereby issues a sources sought with the possibility of intent to procure approximately 100+COTS software licenses. The COTS software package must be capable of compressing/decompressing Consultative Committee in International Telegraph and Telephone Group 4 ((CCITT)) images stored at either 150 or 300 dots per inch (DPI). Software shall be able to rotate an image at 90, 180, 270 degrees. Software shall be able to zoom and reduce the size of an image to fit in a user-defined area. Software shall be able to scroll an image up, down, left or right when the image does not entirely fit in a window. Software shall provide reverse video functionality, that is an image can be displayed both black on white or white on black. Software shall be able to flip images in .7 seconds or less. Software package must be compatible with SCO OpenDesktop Unix Operating System 3.0 or higher and the X Window environment. Vendors are requested to submit two copies of all cost information and documentation/brochures relating to this COTS software.
