R088-95. Two each of FT-IR Transmissiometer. The system shall function
as an FT-IR Spectroradiometer as well as a special transmissiometer
and shall be ruggedized for field use. This instrument shall be capable
of use outdoors in harsh environments. The system shall be capable of
operating over the spectral range of 0.7 to 19.0 microns with one
instrument. NOTE: Two FT-IR's utilized to collect data in the specified
region is NOT acceptable. I.E. one FT-IR for the 0.7 - 5.0 micron and
one FT-IR for the 5.0 - 19.0 micron is NOT acceptable. A single
instrument shall cover the specified spectral range. The
transmissiometer system will consist of a transmitter and a receiver.
The Redstone Technical Test Center on Redstone Arsenal, Alabama will
use the FT-IR Transmissiometer. The vendor shall install the system
on-site and provide on-site training at time of delivery. Estimated
period of performance is 45 days from date of contract award.
