Work to be performed under this solicitation consists of the construction of a solar heating and fish rearing facility. The facility is to be constructed on three of the existing outdoor fish-rearing raceways. The estimated cost range of this project is $100,001 to $250,000. The location of this project is at the Willow Beach National Fish Hatchery, on Lake Mohave, approximately 15 miles south-southeast of Hoover Dam, and 47 miles from Las Vegas, Nevada, in Mohave County, Arizona. Willow Beach is located at an approximate North latitude of 36 degrees. The performance time for completion of this project is 120 days. The presolicitaton notice (SF-1417) for this project is currently available. All responsible sources may submit an offer. For this acquisition the standard industrial classification code is 1629 and the small business size standard is $17 million. The estimted issuance date of the solicitation is July 10, 1995. The estimated date for receipt of bids is August 15, 1995.
